My name is Michael Lamoureux, and I'm a Nursing major at SUU.

I will graduate in May 2019, and I'm so excited. I have been married to my lovely wife for 12 years, and we have 5 children from 9-years-old to 2-years-old. Coming back to school has been a huge challenge for us, but we have made it work.
​
After graduation I want to work in an intensive care unit (ICU). After I work for a few years in the ICU, I am going to apply to nurse anesthesia graduate programs. I want to earn a doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) degree in nurse anesthesia and become a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA).
